1. Although some gas stations use explosion-proof electricity in the construction, they are not used in strict accordance with the requirements in the late management, and the explosion-proof electricity has lost its due role due to the unauthorized connection and pulling of wires.
    2. There is no electrostatic grounding device for the unloading site of the automobile tank truck: it is found in the inspection that the supervisors of many gas stations know that lightning protection and anti-static device should be set up, but the problems of electrostatic grounding device should be set up for the unloading site of the automobile tank truck are ignored. A lot of static electricity is generated when the car tank car is running. If there is no anti-static grounding device at the oil unloading site, the static conductance on the car body can not be removed. It is easy to cause sparks to make the oil products explode when the oil is unloaded. According to the specification, the unloading site must be equipped with electrostatic grounding device, the grounding resistance should not be more than 100 ohms.

Because the unsealed unloading of oil is easy to cause the volatilization of oil products, increase the loss, and the oil and gas will spread along the ground and easily cause fire if it meets the fire source.
