LED explosion-proof lamp maintenance precautions:

1. maintenance personnel need to be trained on the job, understand the performance of LED explosion-proof lamp, clear use requirements. Maintenance personnel must have professional knowledge, familiar with LED explosion-proof lamp product structure.

2. Regularly eliminate dust and dirt on the shell of LED explosion-proof lamps to improve light efficiency and heat dissipation performance. The cleaning method can be used according to the protection ability of the shell of the lamp by spraying water (marked above IP65 on the lamp) or wiping with a wet cloth. Water cleaning, should cut off the power supply, it is strictly prohibited to use dry cloth to clean the plastic shell of lamps and lanterns (transparent parts), to prevent static electricity.

3. Check whether the plastic shell of lamps and lanterns (transparent parts) has serious discoloration, such as serious discoloration, indicating that the plastic has been aging. Check whether the transparent parts have been impacted by foreign bodies, whether the protective net is loose, welding, corrosion, etc. If any, it should be stopped and repaired and replaced in time.

4. The light source damage should be turned off in time, notice replacement, in order to avoid the light source can not start the light source drive and other electrical components in an abnormal state for a long time.

5. If there is water in the lamp chamber of the LED explosion-proof lamp used in the humid environment, it should be removed in time, and the sealing parts should be replaced to ensure the protective performance of the shell.

6. When opening the lampshade, open the cover after cutting off the power supply according to the requirements of the warning board.

7. After opening the cover, please check whether the flameproof joint surface is intact, whether the rubber seals become hard or sticky, whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized, and whether the insulation parts and electrical components are deformed and scorched. If these problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced in time.

8. The model, specification, size and performance of the light source, parts and electrical components after maintenance and replacement should be exactly the same as the light source, parts and electrical components before maintenance and replacement.

9. Before closing the cover, apply a wet cloth (not too wet) to gently wipe the shell and transparent parts of the LED explosion-proof lamp, in order to improve the light efficiency of the lamp. A thin layer of 204-1 replacement antirust oil should be coated on the flameproof joint surface. When closing the cover, attention should be paid to whether the sealing ring plays a sealing role in the original position.

10. The LED explosion-proof lamp sealing part should not be often removed and opened.
